Way to Adjust the Headband:

Wear the earmuffs correctly

Step 1: Unfold the earmuffs and put the two earmuffs over the ears,

Step 2: Hold the headband with both hands and gently pull or push the ear cups to adjust the fit. Make sure the ear cups are snug but not too tight.

Tip: The bayonet is designed to stretch easily, just pull gently following the image guide on the manual to adjust the size. Please do not pull it hard to avoid damage. 

Step 3: Check whether the earmuffs completely cover the ears to ensure the best noise reduction effect. 

Incorrect way to wear earmuffs

1. Wear the earmuffs on only one ear, or put the earmuffs on the back of your head.
2. Put the earmuffs on the hair.
3. The headband is not adjusted which makes the earmuffs not fit properly close to the ears and affects the noise reduction effect.

Foldable Design for Easy Carrying

Step 1: Adjust the telescopic adjustment rod to the shortest length, then align the two earcups, the state is vertical with the headband.

Step 2: Hold the headband, pinch the two earcups, push them into the headband.
