Maximal Power offers 1 Year Warranty against Manufacturer Defects and Customer Service.

Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm PST. We are closed Saturday, Sunday, and ALL holidays. All emails will be answered, all payments will be processed, and all packages will be shipped ONLY during our business hours. Please contact us via messaging system if you have any questions or concerns. If you choose to email us instead, your emails should include your name, an Order Number# and your Phone#. Please allow at least 24 hours for us to reply.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Shipping and handling is not refundable, with the only exception being for DOA (Defective On Arrival) items.
Only items in the original packaging can be returned, or a restocking fees may applied.

DOA claims must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date to qualify for an exchange or refund.

If an item is found to be DOA or if an incorrect item was shipped by us, the buyer understands that the product will be Refunded or repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, and will give the seller a reasonable amount of time to process said return. All presumed defective and/or wrong items must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before being returned. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please note if an item returned is claimed to be DOA, the item WILL be tested and any refunds or credits may be adjusted at the seller's discretion. Warranties are offered by the manufacturer and will be honored by the manufacturer only. Please contact the manufacture for any claims being made after 30 days of the purchase date.
