Our MaximalPower brand offers a 30-day home trial period, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason with the product(s), you may return the item(s) for exchange. Our products are protected from manufacturer defects and as such, come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, barring any misuse or mistreatment of the item(s). Please register here if you have placed an order from us in any of our stores (MaximalPower.com, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, others) in the last 30 days. If the product should be found to be defective or unsatisfactory after your 30-day home trial period and still within the first year of purchase and within the conditions stated above, you may contact our customer service for additional returns/exchange instructions:

Please note that after the 30-day home trial period, a shipping and processing fee will be required for any exchanges made. Customers are responsible for the non-refundable shipping fee with the exception for DOA (Defection On Arrival) items. Only items in the original packaging can be returned otherwise, restocking fees may be applied.
For refunds, please request for a return authorization and return label or instructions from where the defective item was originally purchased from (marketplace) and follow instructions for returning the item.

DOA claims must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date to qualify for an exchange or refund.
If an item is found to be DOA or if we shipped you the wrong product, the buyer understands that the product will either be refunded, repaired, or replaced at seller's discretion, and will give the seller a reasonable amount of time to process the item return. All presumed defective and/or wrong items must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to sending back the item. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please note if an item returned is claimed to be DOA, the item WILL be tested and any refunds or credits may be adjusted at the seller's discretion. Warranties are offered by the manufacturer and will be honored by the manufacturer only. Please contact the manufacturer for any claims being made after 30 days of the purchase date.
